I've been on this list for just over six years and have seen questions from all of you at one time or another that could be found elsewhere (including myself), and I seen patient people answer those questions in a civilized manner. Anyone can answer, "search the archives", "check the knowledgebase", or "RTFM", but if that's the pat answer, why have a list at all? That's not always what a list is about.
