NO!!!

That will block all bounces and DSN's, and will NOT block blank HELO/EHLO data.

That, too, will block all bounces and DSNs, and will not block blank 
HELO/EHLO data (and, will get you listed in the http://www.rfc-ignorant.org 
spam database yourself!)
