Bill-- I'm still exploring the idea that an improperly configured Reverse Lookup Zone is the problem. Based on what Scott said yesterday though, it may not be. If you're desperate, you might want to try and escalate a support call to Ipswitch. I started out by e-mailing them at [EMAIL PROTECTED], and the person who responded to me there indicated that the problem might be DNS related, but couldn't offer a solution. He suggested this forum. Folks here have been trying to help, but if we can't get it going in a few days, I'll be calling Ipswitch to talk to someone who can hold my hand through a fix. Hopefully the service agreement I purchased will allow me access to the right person over there. When I get this problem fixed, I'll be sure to post the fix here. Good luck.
