Did you check to see if your Official Host Name ends in a "."? If it does,
here's how I got rid of it (and this fixed the problem for me):

Remove the "." by editing the following Registry keys:

My Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTARE\Ipswitch\Imail\Domains\[IP Address]
("Official" key gets renamed)

My
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTARE\Ipswitch\Imail\Domains\mail.yourdomain.com.
(This registry key gets renamed)

Rob

Hi guys,
I have tha same problem since I installed IMail v7.11.
I can't send emails only to recipients of two domains, while all other
domains are available. I don't know what's the problem. My own temporary
solution is to send those emails throught my smtp gateway (the one of my
ISP) in case of failure, and this way it works. Is there any different
solution ?
