Did you search the logs for "640538ac0130aa26" and "640538ac0130aa26" (the
filename minus the first character and extension)? If you are running one
of the Declude programs, did you check the Declude log files to see if the
E-mail was scanned by Declude?
Are you very low on disk space (if you ran out temporarily, it could cause
a problem like this)?
