That line means that the virus scanner reported a very unusual exit code --
I've never seen one like that before. That actually seems to be the same
code that Windows uses to report a "GP failure" (aka Dr. Watson), so a
reinstall of the virus scanner might be in order.
You may also want to add a line "DELIVERERRORS ON" to your virus.cfg file,
which will treat errors from the virus scanner as if the E-mail was
virus-free (rather than assuming it contains a virus).
