Some users are currently receiving multiple instances of the same message.  I have reviewed knowledge base document IM-19990108-JK01 and the same problem continues.  What I have done (and it appears to work temporarily) is deleting and re-creating their account. They use either Windows 2000 or NT 4.0 (SP4).  The client is MS Outlook 97 or Outlook 2000.  I have not seen this problem with Outlook 2002 (XP).  Imail server is v7.10
