No I have not done this, but all the messages are duplicated - including
internal ones.  I will check the headers though for a clue.

In that case, it sounds like it may be a mail loop or an alias issue.

Have you checked the headers of multiple copies of the same E-mail, to
see 
how they differ?  Different numbers of Received: headers would indicate
an 
issue elsewhere (IE a mailing list sending an E-mail to your user, and a

copy to another user that forwards to your user), for example.
