Ok, this means that IMAIL1.exe is not firing and we have to figure
out why it is not firing.
Look in event viewer and select Security Log and then Find from
the View menu. In description type "imail1" and click "find next".
You should get something like this except in your case we expect it
to be a failure:
Event Type: Success Audit
Event Source: Security
Event Category: Detailed Tracking
Event ID: 592
Date: 8/18/2002
Time: 10:32:52 AM
User: NT AUTHORITY\SYSTEM
Computer: COMPUTERNAME
Description:
A new process has been created:
New Process ID: 2165443936
Image File Name: \IMail\IMail1.exe
Creator Process ID: 2170321728
User Name: COMPUTERNAME$
Domain: DOMAINNAME
Logon ID: (0x0,0x3E7)
Hopefully this is going to tell us something.
Terry
