Scott,

While I have no doubt that NetSol is holding onto
domain names it considers may fetch a price, a rumor
is not fact and my experience illustrates the rumour
is not accurate for all domain names showing expired
but not available.

In my case it was near to two (2) months between the
expiry of the name and when I could register it.  At
no time did I reserve the name.

Please be cautious in repeating rumour as fact. 
NetSol has done many documented underhanded things,
when we assign rumour as fact, though, we set up the
fact to be disbelieved as well.
