I know the original post specifically stated "all outgoing mail"
but sometimes people think that "outgoing" should include messages
to local users as well as remote users. An outbound rule does not
copy mail sent to users on the same domain.
So if one has to copy ALL messages (including remote and local)
sent by a particular user then I think the copy all with filtering
is still the only way.
