Thanks for the quick reply...but we aren't using Active Directory...the box is a stand-alone W2K server and we're using an IMail database....

I am going to guess here is that you are trying to use the NT user database in the Imail settings on the 2000 AD server. That will not work. (I think.) Active Directory is an LDAP database. It is different than the SAM database of NT 4.0, which is what you were connecting to before. Search the Archives and KB about setting up Imail to use LDAP connection into the AD database.
