Not sure if you need it but are you using the 3 Gig memory switch in the
boot.ini?

Also, RAID5 is a not appropriate for Imail? Others have posted on this.

What is the need to change to native mode so quickly? Almost all persons
involved in migrations suggest leaving in compatibility mode for up to 6
months in the case of having to revert. (I wait 3 months, with an
off-line BDC locked up and ready.)
