Simple, easy to install, not much to manage after that; however, if you
are on a slow connection or expect a huge amount of traffic then you may
want to test it by scaling the load onto it. 

If not the IIS5.0 is not hard to set up but is more to manage.

I have used the freeware version in previous months with relatively good
results.
