I am curious what you mean by that. MS SMTP server can deliver at
an astounding rate. You can easily get 30,000 messages per hour
and much, much higher rates if bandwidth and DNS is available.
However, if your volume is overwhelming MS SMTP and you have to
stay with Windows then you might want to consider LSOFT's LSMTP (
http://www.lsoft.com/ ) which claims 10,000 per minute with 1,500
threads on a 733.
