Oh! Good thoughts. I know on-access A/V is turned off. But I didn't know about indexing service. Got excited for a second. But sadly, it is not running.
IpSwitch says they have had similar complaints about Intel NICs and almost any Gigabit NIC. So I'm in the process of tracking down a new 3com NIC. Put an older one (3c905B) and got a BSOD on bootup. Not good. Will only try this one more time. Can't afford to be BSOD'ing a production DC to try to resolve this thing. Keep the thoughts coming! ;-) --Todd. ----- Original Message ----- From: "Patrick Childers" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Friday, October 11, 2002 9:19 AM Subject: RE: Re[2]: [IMail Forum] IMail SLOW after moving to 2000/AD server > Just a thought, do you have on-access a/v scanning enabled?
