indexing service is a hog. When I turn it off i saw CPU drop aroud
5 to 7 %

This I can say: Use the the 3com 3c905b-TX or 3c905c-TX with cation.
I have them in 295 Win95/W2k workstations and they work great and I have had nothing
but trouble every time I have tried them in a server of any type!

I have had good luck with Intel PRO/100 S Server Adpter
CDW Part# 250851

You can also get these with dual ports.

Note: Befor anyone says 3coms are great I normally agree but "I" have
had nothing but bad luck with them in any server config. My $.02
