I can hit 209.216.53.69 on port 25, but that's not your MX record, by your own admission! The MX mail.bayaudindustries.org resolves to 216.237.156.238, and this IP is not accepting mail. If you want mail.bayaudindustries.org to be 209.216.53.69, you have to change your DNS. Also note that you do have PTRs for both IPs, though the one for 216.237.156.238 is the one you probably want on your MX.
