Yes, that is the safest way. "Relay for Addresses" is the other safe option, which is just as safe as "No Mail Relay" *if* you only enter safe IP addresses (ones you can trust completely).

Just to be on the safe side anyway. :-) As I use to use the "Relay for Addresses" and I thought that I put in a friends
statis ip address. And turn out that he was not to good of a friend, and He allowed for the company that he worked for
to send out over 1000 emails through my server while I was away for the weekend. That had different "From" addresses..
So No Mail Relay And making the Authentication set, I think is the best way to go.
