Yes we have firewall you can't telnet it, problem is not specific for this domain name
of course, the firewall problem would apply to all domains
I bet it's "general on the firewall"., we some virtual hosts on this server, problem occurred on all domains, in general its on mail server.
Which firewall?
Turn off the firewall's SMTP proxy for a few days. It probably does nothing for you but cause problems.
