Absolutely!   The   user   get/set  functions  are  called  constantly
throughout  an  IWEBMSG  session.  The time spent on each call will be
tremendously  improved  with  a  Registry  userbase, so the cumulative
improvement  for  a  single  10-minute session will be much, much more
significant  than  the improvement seen in, for example, POP3 sessions
10  minutes  apart.  And the faster a user can get things done and log
out,  the  more  memory, swapfile, and sockets you will have free. The
Registry is recommended for IWEBMSG-centric environments most of all.
