[IMail Forum] Webmail Times Out

One of my users (who in this case is a good friend) is a floating Attorney who just about exclusively uses webmail.

When he is composing a letter, he will occasionally take a break. iMail "times out" and he comes back to an expired screen.

The FAQ's are not clear on the ability to change this.

Suggestions?
