Consider upgrading to Mozilla or Netscape 6- but I don't know if either 
are available for your system.  http://www.mozilla.org/releases/ does 
not list your system.  I had this resize problem with Netscape 4.77 on 
NT4 and W2000.  Apparantly when you resize the window, Netscape does the

refresh.
