What would cause a user account to become suspended? Multiple incorrect password entries? We are dealing with a very upset customer who thinks that someone is changing his password. And he is insisting that our service sucks because hackers can change his password. One of my guesses is that maybe he tries to enter his password incorrectly a few times in a row and gets locked out. Is there a lockout feature in Imail? Or maybe he has a POP3 client running somewhere with an old password that checks for new mail every minute and gets him locked out.
