Some of our clients are so dependant on their email communications that they do NOT want to lose ANY message destined for them - and they really liked how Webshield would remove the viruses it found.
However, as stated earlier, we are now using Declude AV which does block the messages and sends appropriate notifications to the intended recipients. These notification messages are the 'trigger' for my clients to contact the sender if they are interested to pursue the 'blocked' or 'lost' message.
