Made me wonder if there are command line commands for F-Protect
or McAfee to clean using Declude then still deliver the mail if
cleaning was successful?

No -- Declude Virus will not allow the E-mail to be cleaned (even if you instruct the virus scanner to clean the attachment). We have given a lot of thought to it, but feel that given the state of viruses (spreading confidential documents), it is best not to allow them to be cleaned.
