Maybe I need to clarify that when I say delete, I mean delete with
notification, at least to the recipient. (If not local sent.) Furthermore,
messages are "quarantined" for a number of days, then deleted. This is to
allow for the occasional error that might occur.

Again though, the ultimate outcome of the infected message is clean or
delete. What other actions are taken depending on the circumstance is up to
each company.
