I agree With delete with notify, I've not gotten an infected legit e-mail myself, so I would rather delete it, notify the recip, and let them decide if they want to pursue it or not. I haven't had any complaints about deleting as yet.

Furthermore, messages are "quarantined" for a number of days, then deleted. This is to allow for the occasional error that might occur. Again though, the ultimate outcome of the infected message is clean or delete. What other actions are taken depending on the circumstance is up to each company.
