Hi Samantha, As far as I can see, if the member of the list has subscribed themselves then the name is included in angle brackets < >. If you add the Email address from the "console" then the brackets don't appear..
The problem then is that (or so it would seem) that the Email address you have entered from the console (without the angle brackets) can not be unsubscribed "remotely" by the user. At least that is my experience. What I have done in the past is to include the brackets in the Email address when adding to the list either manually or by "cutting and pasting".
