A customer sent this message, any idea what might cause this?

We recently noted that messages receive from you sever messages received by
[EMAIL PROTECTED] have changed to a default of 10 points.

I tested this by sending emails from inside our Exchange server and also
from my
home. I confirm that emails received from your server the fonts have been
changed to a default. Can you assist here to maintain the original format
instead.

This is what happens when an end user thinks he is an expert on something. :)

This is almost certainly an Exchange issue. Exchange does some nasty stuff, such as sending E-mails in a proprietary format, even when the recipient doesn't use Exchange. Perhaps someone here will know what can be done, but if fonts are involved, the user is using HTML and/or RTF, and not a standard text E-mail.
