A customer sent this message, any idea what might cause this? We recently noted that messages receive from you sever messages received by [EMAIL PROTECTED] have changed to a default of 10 points.
I tested this by sending emails from inside our Exchange server and also from my home. I confirm that emails received from your server the fonts have been changed to a default. Can you assist here to maintain the original format instead.
