Tom, Does the word help appear as the first word anywhere in the first six lines of the body text? Imailsrv will pick this up as a help request and send her a help message.

My Imail server is 7.07 HF 3 running on a Windows 2000 Server SP3. Here is what is happening: My list is called AAOS-Rpt. It can only be sent to via the moderator and is password protected. When ever the moderator sends a message to the list, she immediately receives a message from [EMAIL PROTECTED] with Help information included. It is as if she had requested the Help file.
