We added 700 users. I haven't checked the memory issue yet but 
thanks for the info. I'll check that next. When I move the mail 
out of the spool folder the mail starts to be delivered as 
always.

When it "locks up" and before you move the mail, is the memory 
full of 
Imail SMTP processes?  CPU use near 100%  Maybe you have a bad msg 
that 
zombies SMTP processes, they fill up memory, and then deliveries 
essentially die, with most of the rest of the machine.

When you move the spool/* to spool/save, does new mail delivery 
normally?
