that smells like a bad message, so move the msgs back from save/* in groups, until a group kills Imail again. narrow the group size until you find the bad message(s).We added 700 users. I haven't checked the memory issue yet but thanks for the info. I'll check that next. When I move the mail out of the spool folder the mail starts to be delivered as always.
