I hate to tell anyone they're wrong, but I think it might be something else, Scott.

That IP address is not a valid MX for the 'gamehelper.com' domain. Only 64.71.160.75 and 209.10.224.199 are valid IPs.
Good catch -- we're actually both right. gamehelper.com's MX records are broken (rejecting mail at one server, while accepting it at another). But, as you point out, IMail was going to the wrong IP, so this was doomed to failure from the beginning.
It sounds like the old IMail bug of going to the A record sometimes rather than the MX record.
