Magdy, Once you've been through this process - and it's worth doing, then you can then re-submit your mail server to the various "spam blocking databases" you have been listed in.
After that you can sit back and enjoy the sight of your mail server rejecting all spam attempts via your log files. I only wish I could alter the "default" message back to the spammers telling them they've been rejected and to "procreate elsewhere".
