The most common are probably: http://www.ordb.org http://relays.osirussoft.com http://mail-abuse.org/rss
While you are on the ordb page you can ask it to look up any 3rd. party listings also and it *may* show other databases where you are listed. I've no doubt there are several others but they are the ones that come to mind. Len probably has a whole list. Just make 100% certain that you are no longer an open relay before you resubmit for testing.
