it seems to usually two of my users. I do open a telnet to the smtp port to make sure the remote server is available, but I thought the problem was with my iMail server, as it is the one acting as if my user didn't exist properly on our own server? am i misunderstanding the error message? I'v copied a piece of the log file below.

Have you tested interactively on the remote server to see if the addresses are reachable? -Sandy ------------------------------------ Sanford Whiteman, Chief Technologist Broadleaf Systems, a division of Cypress Integrated Systems, Inc. mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] ------------------------------------ To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/ To Unsubscribe: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/mailing-lists.html List Archive: http://www.mail-archive.com/imail_forum%40list.ipswitch.com/ Knowledge Base/FAQ: http://www.ipswitch.com/support/IMail/
