No,  it's  not  an  IMail  server  generating  that  message--it's the
destination   server   rejecting   the   MAIL   FROM:.   For  example,
kittybird.bcentralhost.com is not running IMail, which you tell pretty
easily  via  Telnet (it's a Concentric custom PostFix or Sendmail box,
I'd guess).

As far as WHY the MAIL FROM: is questionable, check out

You  have  to  get something in your house in order to make sure these
remote servers are happy--most likely the PTR.
