No, it's not an IMail server generating that message--it's the destination server rejecting the MAIL FROM:. For example, kittybird.bcentralhost.com is not running IMail, which you tell pretty easily via Telnet (it's a Concentric custom PostFix or Sendmail box, I'd guess).
