Hey gang!
Quick question. This really applies to Platypus users. Here's the
situation:

Our Plat DB, associated with domain 2khiway.net. We also host domains /
mailservers for customers. Here's my question / problem:

As it stands, if a customer fails to pay, they are shut off - no mail.
Cool.
If they have hosting with us and mail - mail.billgates.com - and bill
fails to pay the bill, his account goes off BUT mail.bill.com still works.

In Imail Admin I see the following :
mail.2khiway.net is set with root dir as d:\imail - external DB
mail.billgates.com is set with root dir as
d:\imail\virtualhost\billgates - internal DB

So can someone help me on how to get these accounts hooked up with Plat so
that, if bill doesn't pay, it shuts off his mailserver? I assume that I
create a rate in Plat, but I need to associate these mailservers with their
respective accounts.

I do apologize for this question, I'm sure it's a simple matter that I'm
missing, but this project was passed to me, So I'm talking with both Plat
and Imail people.

Thanks for any help. Feel free to contact off-list if you prefer not to clog
this list with it.

Paul
