You may want to go to http://www.dnsstuff.com/info/revdns.htm to see how reverse DNS lookups work (or just go to the URL I gave you before: http://www.DNSstuff.com/tools/ptr.ch?ip=209.164.24.158 ).
Think about it this way -- if someone has your IP of 209.164.24.158, how do they know to go to Network Solutions to find your host name? They don't know that 209.164.24.158 belongs to virtual-image.com until the reverse DNS lookup is done, but they can't find that you use NetSol until they find out that 209.164.24.158 belongs to virtual-image.com, which they can't find out until...
That's why reverse DNS lookups work the way they do, and why you need to contact concentric.net, not NetSol.
