Sometimes, when a message is sent from Outlook XP, in html format, and is viewed in webmessaging, the entire body of the message is blank. The From, Date, To and Subject line are fine.
This used to happen with the older versions of IMAIL, but instead of being blank, it would come out coded/garbled. Simply hitting the reply button made it viewable in English again. This problem (v7.14) is different in that it looks like the message isn't even fully loading. The option for summary, reply, reply all, forward, delete, etc, isnt even there. What's worse is, I can't duplicate this consistantly. I send 4 test messages to myself, same machine, same email client, all in html. Three of them, when checked in web messaging from a different machine, I was able to read fine, and the one of them came out blank, no body, no reply option. Has anyone run into this? This particular issue has just started happening since the upgrade to 7.14. During the upgrade, I made sure I allowed it to upgrade the web templates too. I don't have custom templates and I just use whatever defaults are installed by IMAIL.
