What does it look like if you do a view source on the message? Does it work ok from a mail client? What do the message headers say?
Ok..I was able to duplicate this rather quickly this time, by using one of the messages that a user sent me that didn't show up in someone else's web messaging. Here are the headers: Header Information [ HIDE ] Received: from Sharyns [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx] by todhunter.com with ESMTP (SMTPD32-7.14) id A0ABD800FC; Wed, 26 Mar 2003 12:17:31 -0500 From: "Sharyn Schmidt" <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Subject: RE: E-mail Date: Wed, 26 Mar 2003 12:18:36 -0500 Message-ID: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> MIME-Version: 1.0 Content-Type: multipart/related; boundary="----=_NextPart_000_0036_01C2F391.D44BF370" In-Reply-To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> X-Declude-Sender: [EMAIL PROTECTED] [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx] X-Note: This E-mail was scanned by Declude JunkMail (www.declude.com) for spam. X-Spam-Tests-Failed: None X-RCPT-TO: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Status: R X-UIDL: 346815619 [EMAIL PROTECTED] I am looking at the view/source right now but I am not a coder and don't have a clue what I'm supposed to be looking for. I'm not sure this is valid though, as this message *does* have some html background (as John suggested). Is this part of the problem? Is there a fix other than forbidding users not to "customize" their email?
