Is there a HTML background or sheet style in the sent version?
Nope..I set this on my client personally. There is no background, special font color, signature, nothing. All I did was switch my options in outlook from plain text to html. I have had several users complaining of this and had been unable to duplicate it until earlier today. I emailed Ipswitch about it and they said to patch to 7.15? I read the "fixes" for the patch but I don't really see anything that pertains to this.
