We have found with certain "stationary" the client will put in a tag
like:<title id -029478820>. In an HTML parser this will look like a
"title" tag that is never closed. IN the View source do a search for
title. for every <title> it finds there should be a closing </title> tag
as well for it to be considered valid HTML. Not all style sheets
(.css's) do this.

Is there a fix for this?

A workaround other than re-coding everyone's stationary or telling
people they can't use certain stationary?

I can see what you are talking about, the very last title tag does not
have a closing tag, in the particular stationary I'm viewing.

I, personally, don't see where it is necessary to have "bells and
whistles" in your email such as the fancy stationary provides, however,
my boss does not agree with me.
