http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools/ip4r.ch?ip=140.113.140.80 is listed as a relay
spammer, etc., "maybe you're an open relay"?  either way it looks like they
are trying to use you as a relay for there spam.  (send there email through
your server using your bandwidth)

http://www.dnsreport.com/tools/dnsreport.ch?domain=spacey.net shows some
weird problem with your name server.  I'd suspect a possible dns issue or
perhaps your server connect is timming out or behind a firewall with port 53
blocked.. etc.
