What addresses do you relay for?  Within the Admin GUI for ACL's do you have
the right radio button selected?  Read your choices closely - ensure that
you grant or deny the choosen ip address and subnet.  This different than
choosing relay for address.

The links might wrap and thus require you to add the additional lines into
your browser.  Also.. STOP and RESTART your SMTP service when you make any
changes.
