Hi All, I'm doing a bit of housecleaning on our mail server today. I'd like to get rid of accounts that are no longer used (or have never been used). Does anyone know of a way to do a search for accounts based on last pop access? Then, before killing those I'll check if they are being used via webmail (a very, very small % of our customers use webmail).
With regard to getting what we pay for with Imail or getting what is advertised: I've been administering this Imail server for 6 years. We've changed boxes, we've changed OS's, we've upgraded to new versions of Imail as they come out. Our level of satisfaction has been such that we have never considered switching to another mail server. For what we pay, we get excellent value. About a year ago, we purchased Declude Junkmail. We didn't consider that purchase a "fix" of our Imail software. We considered it the purchase of a new program to perform a new function. We've been as pleased with the performance value of Declude Junkmail as we have been with Imail. As soon as the budget allows, we'll add Declude Virus. Again, we don't think of such a purchase as a "fix" of Imail but rather adding another program to perform another function. We could add Imail Antivirus, but for the price, we'll opt for Declude. We don't want something for nothing but we do want good performance value for our dollars. We do feel we've gotten that with Imail and with Declude.
