Yes. The only problems we've had were not related to IMail per se, but more to using any transport provider but Exchange. The MAPI spooler's communication with an Internet Mail service is markedly asynchronous, and SQL Mail seems to not always hold the session open long enough. But that's getting a bit ahead of ourselves.
