Actually, there is a minor reason...

IMail  peering's  traffic  can  be shaped by IMail bridgeheads just as
well.  There's  no  need  for a third-party MTA to do this, though the
usual other benefits of using PostFix (envelope anti-spam, lower cost)
would be felt.
